The Racquet Shop Returns Policy

The Racquet Shop is happy to refund your purchase price, not including Postage, within 30 days of making a purchase providing the product is returned to us at your cost, unused, and in perfect New Condition.  Any Racquet must not have been hit with and the plastic must be in perfect condition on the handle.  We cannot accept any returns if the String in the Racquet is not the Original String provided in the Racquet by the Manufacturer.  Any Footwear or Clothing must not have been worn, must still have the tags on and not have been washed.

The Racquet Shop Warranty Policy

The Racquet Shop is an Authorised Supplier of all the products we sell.  All products come with a 1 year Manufacturers Warranty.  If you believe a product you have purchased from us is faulty you can return it to us at your cost and we will forward on to the Manufacturer for their assessment.  If the Manufacturer deems the product faulty we will forward you a replacement at our cost.  If the Manufacturer deems the product not to have been faulty in any way we are bound by their decision and if you wish the product to be returned to you it is at your cost.

The Racquet Shop regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our
customers. The following privacy policy applies to all The Racquet Shop users, and conforms to
